Investing in therapy:
Cost:
8-hour 1:1 therapy intensives for $2500 (payment plan is available upon request)
we can determine the schedule based on my availability and your needs for therapy
4-hour 1:1 monthly package for $700 (hours can be split into 1-2 hour increments throughout the month)
must be used within the month/4 week time span
Sessions include:
Evaluation, goal setting, communication skills, relationship exploration, self-care guidance, personalized action plan
Digital resource package with e-books and workbook; follow-up support for ongoing progress
Focus:
Addressing individual challenges, supporting a healthier and more fulfilling life as a woman
Clarity and insight into your life as a married single mom; and possibly looking at how divorce will impact you and your kids
Finally finding your hobbies and passions
Not feeling guilty for wanting to do things for yourself, like read the books that are stacked on your night stand
Feeling confident to do things alone, or meet new friends
What types of therapy do you offer?
I use a mix of therapies in my sessions. The most common are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Intensive therapy allows deep exploration of complex issues, ideal for those seeking focused work in sessions designed for thorough exploration. These sessions are not ongoing therapy but provide a concentrated dive into self. Best for those looking to address specific challenges and engage in self-discovery efficiently and gently.
How do I know if therapy will work for me?
The therapy process varies for each person. Clients who put in effort and are truthful make the most progress with me. Trying perinatal or postpartum therapy is the only way to see if it helps.
Do you accept insurance?
I don't take insurance or give superbills to avoid insurance rules and labels. I focus on helping without outside influences for better care.
